Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the online store dpmoto.hr.

Shipping carrier

Orders are shipped via Hrvatska pošta.

The final shipping method may depend on the delivery address, product size, product weight, order value and the available postal service at the time of shipment. Hrvatska pošta publishes postal service pricing by shipment type, weight and destination zone, including international postal services. 

Delivery area

We ship orders within the Republic of Croatia.

International delivery may be available if offered during checkout or agreed separately with the seller before purchase.

Delivery time

The usual delivery time is 3–5 days from order confirmation and received payment, unless otherwise stated for a specific product or order.

Delivery times are indicative and may be extended due to weekends, public holidays, increased order volume, product availability, supplier delays, postal delays, customs procedures, force majeure or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Free shipping is available for orders over 500.00 EUR.

For orders below 500.00 EUR, the shipping cost depends on the selected shipping method, delivery address, package size and package weight, and will be shown before payment.

Order processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation, except where another payment method has been explicitly agreed.

Available payment methods include:

Card payment through the online store
Direct bank transfer to the seller’s transaction account

If payment is made by bank transfer, the order may be processed only after the payment is visible on the seller’s account.

Delivery address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number and e-mail address.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, the customer’s unavailability or failure to collect the shipment, the seller may charge the customer for repeated shipping or other actual costs caused by the failed delivery.

Receiving the shipment

When receiving the shipment, the customer should inspect the external condition of the package.

If the package is visibly damaged, we recommend that the customer immediately reports the damage to the delivery carrier and requests a damage report, where possible.

The customer should also contact us at darkopuseljic49@gmail.com and provide:

Order number
Description of the issue
Photos of the damaged package
Photos of the product, if applicable
Any available delivery documentation

Damaged, incorrect or missing products

If the customer receives a damaged product, an incorrect product or an incomplete shipment, the customer should contact us as soon as possible at darkopuseljic49@gmail.com.

The message should include the order number, customer name, description of the issue and relevant photos.

If the claim is justified, we will proceed in accordance with applicable law and offer an appropriate solution depending on the circumstances, such as replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.

Partial delivery

If an order contains multiple products and some products are not immediately available, we may, after informing the customer, deliver the order in multiple shipments.

In that case, we will inform the customer about the expected delivery time for the remaining products.

Product images and delivered goods

Product images on dpmoto.hr are for informational and illustrative purposes. The actual product may differ slightly from the image due to screen settings, lighting, photography angle, packaging changes, manufacturer updates, color shade or finishing details.

Such minor differences do not affect the basic characteristics, purpose or functionality of the product. The delivered product will correspond to the product name, description, technical specifications and order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
